  My strawberry lemonade tasted like water. We had three different servers. Our appetizer came out after we asked two people to check on it and it was luke warm. I ordered soup with my lunch, it never came. My husband ordered a diet coke and received Dr. Pepper and a regular coke. The food itself was okay but good grief.

  We got there and the wait was 30 min. Ended up being an hour. The bar area had tables that were empty during our wait, but hadn't been cleared/ cleaned off. The host wasn't communicating properly. When we were finally seated the waitress took 20 mins or more to get our drink order. The food finally came out about another hour later. We got one refill and had to flag our waitress down for that. Chili's could do a lot better. Food wasnt too bad, but service and wait time was awful!

  I've tried really hard to give this place a chance. Their food is good, but that's all they have going for them. Upon entering this last time, I was told to sit in the bar area. No hello or friendly greeting. Then it took another 10 minutes to even have my drink order taken. I know I wasn't the only one. One family looked rather unhappy while another got up and left--they were never given drinks. I might have understood if this was a busy time, but barely anyone is here. They need new management or this place will end up closed.

  Went for lunch. Chips and salsa were good. Chips were hot. Potato soup tasted good, but was not very warm (hope I don't get sick). The lunch chicken Fajitas were gross. The flavor was nasty. I couldn't even finish one fajita. Should have predicted this when the iron skillet came out and it wasn't sizzling (that is normally how Fajitas are served, as if the skillet just came off the grill). Not sure if it was the chicken or the vegetables. The onions and peppers were brown as if they were overcooked hours or days before I came in and warmed up for me. Usually the veggies come out still cooking on a hot skillet, but not in this case. I didn't complain to anyone, so don't know own how they would have handled it.
