  Terrible service, lighting flashed overhead causing headaches and nausea. I will not be back. This is NOT the typical O'Carleys. The management didn't appear to care and didnot. switch out the bulb after we left. Not a place I would recommend, but if you do go, DONT sit in a booth

  After years of horrible service and food, the new ocharleys is excellent. Better than when they first opened. This used to be a weekly staple in my schedule until they went so far down. Now I plan to visit weekly again. Food is excellent. Service as well

  Most curteous and inviting staff.
  
  I did an online order 45 mins before closing. When I came to pick it up, everyone greeted me at the door. They had smiles and made sure someone had checked on me.
  
  My food was excellent, had rolls in my bag still, and everything was hot and delicious.
  
  The one sad thing was that with all my hot food my pie had melted. Boooo.
  
  Other than that I would recommend this place for great service!
